- You must be authorized to use the Service for lawful recruiting, search, or hiring activity.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
2. What the Service does
Candidate Brief for LinkedIn helps users turn visible LinkedIn profile information into three working drafts: Outreach Message, Client Submission, and Candidate Evaluation. Users can also regenerate drafts by company type, edit inside the panel, and copy content into their own workflow.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sending them to candidates, clients, or internal teams.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, employer policies, and platform terms.
- You must only use candidate or profile data you are authorized to access and process.
4. Prohibited use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, denial-of-service activity, or service abuse.
- Do not use the Service to violate privacy rights, platform rules, or intellectual property rights.
5. AI-generated output
- Outputs are machine-generated working drafts and may be incomplete, imperfect, or context-limited.
- We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, reply rates, business outcomes, or factual completeness.
- You remain solely responsible for final edits, factual verification, and use decisions.
6. Billing, subscription, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed through Creem as our payment provider.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing under the plan you choose.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Creem customer portal.
- If you cancel at period end, paid access remains active until the current billing period ends.
- Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or update the Service to maintain reliability, security, billing integrity, or product quality. We may also enforce reasonable usage controls to protect the service.
8. Intellectual property
Candidate Brief for LinkedIn, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service under your active plan.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANDIDATE BRIEF FOR LINKEDIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
